Theodore "T.J." Setlak, Jr.

T.J. Setlak, age 43, of Warren, passed away July 9th, 2022.

He was the beloved son of Ted & Therese Setlak; beloved brother of Trisha (Todd) Nash and Tiffany (Bryan) Gemmill; and uncle of Jamison, Shelby, Nina, and Nico.

Visitation Wednesday, July 13, from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, July 14, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of his funeral service 11:00 a.m. at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren, Michigan.

Donations are encouraged to be given to his family. The family has set up a Venmo account to receive donations: @Therese-Setlak. If you do not have or care to set up a Venmo account, you can also send a donation or a card directly to the funeral home in care of the Setlak Family. There will also be donation envelopes available at the funeral home during the services.
