Jason Paul Moore, passed away, tragically, September 3, 2020.
Jason was the loving son of Melissa Thompson and Darin Moore; dear brother of Amber Thompson; and grandson of Harold Thompson, the late Mary Thompson, Paul Moore, June Moore, and the late Georgia Jackson.
Visitation Wednesday, September 9, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren. Masks are mandatory at all services. Please take direction from our staff as we are currently limited in regards to the capacity within our chapel. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
