James E. Rhey, age 57, passed away November 4, 2018.
Jim was the loving father of Daniel Rhey; dear son of Ronald and the late Luayne Rhey; brother of the late Thomas Rhey. He was also survived by his special cousin, Scott (Connie) Eppler.
Jim was a loving father and a great friend. He loved to go fishing and he was an avid gardener.
Memorial visitation Tuesday, November 13, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren.
