Gertrud Shrum

Gertrud Shrum, age 72, passed away January 1, 2018.

Gertrud was the beloved wife of the late James D. Shrum; loving mother of the late Paul Shrum, Kim Shrum, and Patrick Shrum; mother-in-law of Julie Shrum; devoted grandmother of Joshua, Jacob, Tylor, Bryanna, Taylor, Trudy, Paige, Dane, Nathan, Olivia, and Allie; proud great-grandmother of Eli, Connor, Paisley, Christopher, and Vivienne; dear sister of Margaret of New Hampshire, Erica of Germany, and Monica of Oklahoma; and best friend of Sharlene.

Gertrud used to love Crocheting and Baking but her life changed when she became a grandmother. She put everything into being a grandma, doing everything she could to be active in their lives.

Visitation Saturday, January 12, from 10 a.m. until the 1 p.m. Funeral Service at Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 11071 E. 11 Mile Road, Warren.
