Frank Rufus Jones

Frank Rufus Jones, affectionately known to many as Rufus, passed away on July 22, 2026, at the age of 65. Born on February 7, 1961, Frank’s life was marked by a gentle spirit, steadfast dedication, and a deep care for those around him.

Throughout his years, Frank built a legacy rooted in kindness and quiet strength. He will be remembered by all who knew him for his caring nature and warm presence—a source of comfort and support to friends and family alike. His absence is keenly felt, especially by those whose lives were closest to his.

Frank will be remembered by his mother, Jessica Easley, his niece, Parris Cummings, his great-nephew, Nolan, his aunts, Mary (Al) Johnson and M. Ann Easley, and a plethora of cousins and family.

Frank is preceded in death by his beloved father, Frank Jones, his cherished sister, Sheri Jones and his significant other Andrea Jones. Their memories remained dear to his heart throughout his life, shaping and guiding him in countless ways.

A Memorial Service in Frank’s honor will be held on August 1, 2026, beginning at 10:30 AM at Wysocki & Wilk Funeral Home, located at 29440 Ryan Rd, Warren, MI 48092. Friends and community members are welcome to begin gathering to join in remembering Frank’s life, sharing stories, and finding solace together at 10:00 AM.

Frank Rufus Jones will be deeply missed. His memory endures in the hearts of those who loved him and whose lives he touched.
