Diana C. Jacobson, age 75, passed away November 12, 2018.
Diana was the loving mother of Gregory (Natalie) Jacobson, Steven (Sherri) Jacobson, and Michael (Stacey) Jacobson; devoted grandmother of Justin (Nicole) Jacobson, Grant Jacobson, Cole Jacobson, Kennedi Jacobson, and Marlana Wilhelm; proud great-grandmother of Beckett Jacobson and Emmett Jacobson. She was also survived by her many sisters.
Diana's main love in life was spending time and taking care of her grandkids and great-grandkids.
Diana's life will be celebrated by family and friends and her memory will live on always.
Arrangements are under the direction of David Wysocki Funeral Home in Warren, Michigan.
