Christine K. (White) Shattuck-Weill

Christine Shattuck-Weill (68), of Eastpointe, passed away March 18th, 2021.

Chris was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, & friend to all that had the pleasure to know her. She was an Air Force Veteran, & served our country during her tour in Turkey. She loved science fiction, reading, crafts, bazaars, & festivals. The Renaissance Festival was her absolute favorite. She had a soft spot in her heart for animals, especially elephants.

Family was the most important part of her life. She loved spending quality time with her kids, & grandbabies. Weekends generally consisted of driving around with her daughter, & checking out every garage sale they could find.

Chris was the beloved wife of David A. Weill; loving mother of Holly (David) White and Jaime Shattuck; devoted grandmother of Meadow, Alexander, and Bella; and dear sister of Sheila Crawford, David (Jane) White, and Russ (Betsy) White.

Visitation for Chris will be on Sunday, March 21, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at David Wysocki Funeral Home, 29440 Ryan Road, Warren. Masks are mandatory and there is a limit of 25 people for a funeral gathering at any one time. Please be patient and follow instructions so everyone has a chance to pay their respects. The family is planning a memory service this summer where they hope to have a bigger gathering. We will update this obituary as we get more information on any further services.
