Carl Kowalski

Carl John Kowalski, aged 65, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Born in Detroit, Michigan, Carl was the beloved son of the late Theodore and Dolores Kowalski. He was a devoted father to his children, Neil and Claire, and cared deeply for his loyal dog, Draco.

Carl cherished spending time with family and friends, and found great joy in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, gardening, and camping. His love for nature and the outdoors was a significant part of his life.

He is lovingly remembered by his children, Neil and Claire (and her partner Johnathan), and his former wife, Janet. Carl also leaves behind his siblings Kathi (the late Mike), Nancy (Dan), Terri (Joe), Bernie (Jill), and Chrissy (Marty), along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews who treasured him.

Though the family grieves his loss deeply, they find solace in knowing that Carl has been reunited with his sister Lisa, brother Ted, and his parents, Theodore and Dolores Kowalski.

Carl’s life was celebrated by all who knew him, and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
